In the heart of the Yonge and Lawrence Village neighbourhood. Our office is situated on the third floor of the building at the corner of Yonge Street and Fairlawn Avenue, just steps north of Lawrence Avenue.
The building is easily accessible by TTC, with Lawrence Station (Line 1 – Yonge-University) only a short walk away. The area is surrounded by cafés, shops, and local amenities, making visits both convenient and comfortable.
Street Parking: Metered street parking is available on Yonge Street and on nearby residential side streets (Fairlawn Ave, St. Germain Ave, etc.). Be sure to check posted signs for time limits.
Green P Lots: Additional parking can be found at nearby Green P parking lots within a short walk.
