Michael has over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. He specializes in working with individuals with complex mental health diagnoses, developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and learning exceptionalities, within private practice, schools, camps, and service organizations.
As a psychotherapist, Michael uses techniques from a number of evidence-based approaches to provide treatment and strategies for clients struggling with anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation.
Michael graduated with a BA in Psychology, and a Masters of Critical Disability Studies from York University and then went on to pursue a second Master’s Degree in Social Work from University of Toronto.

Sabrina brings both personal and professional experience to her work. Growing up as the sibling of an older brother with a developmental disability, her family role helped her develop an understanding of the complexities of family dynamics and an acute appreciation for individual strengths.
Sabrina furthered her innate therapeutic lens through education and over 20 years of experience, working within the mental health and disability community. Sabrina supports all her clients with a strength-based approach alongside other evidenced-based modalities. She identifies that everyone approaches therapy with a diverse history along with individual needs and abilities.
Sabrina has a Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of Toronto, and a Masters of Social Work degree from Wurzweiler School of Social Work in New York City. She has since been supporting families, individuals and couples navigate their personal and mental health needs while meeting their therapeutic goals.

Social Worker and Psychotherapist
Tamara is a Social Worker who has spent much of her career studying and working in children’s mental health. Her areas of interest include using trauma-informed-practices while working with survivors of family and gender-based violence, as well as supporting youth who have concurrent mental health and substance use concerns.
Tamara is trained and certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT). As a therapist, she uses techniques from several evidenced-informed approaches, such as Dialectical-Behaviour Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to provide treatment using an anti-oppressive lens.
Tamara graduated with a BSc in Psychology from University of Toronto, pursued her Master’s Degree in Developmental Psychology and Education at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) at U of T, and shortly thereafter completed a second Master’s Degree in Social Work from University of Windsor.
